It would be the lightest vacuum cleaning poles in the market , although it is very thin , it takes very strong strength for your cleaning job . 


Vacuum cleaning poles are normally made of 1.5m per section , as it is similar to modular system , so you can add sections to reach the height you need . The poles are designed with tapers at both two ends of the tube ,  allows it to connect the sections one by one without using a locking clamp or button clips .

Manufacture Process


Roll wrapped tube is manufactured using multiple layers of prepreg carbon fiber materials. Generally, each layer is about 0.13~0.25 mm thickness which means that a tube with a wall thickness of 1.5 mm will typically be composed of 6-12 individual layers of carbon fiber. The number of layers allows us to vary the orientation of the fibers throughout the thickness, creating a highest performance product according to per client 's requirement.
