Product Description

Carbon fiber tube can be used to replace aluminum or steel tubes in a wide range of projects . 

The mechanical properties mean that tubes of the same weight as an aluminum or steel tube can be much stronger , or that tubes of the  same strength can be much lighter .

Carbon fiber tubes are manufactured with unidirectional prepreg at multiple fiber angles to provide Max strength in the length-way axis . Carbon fiber prepreg ensures that the tubes have optimal resin to fiber ratio and ensures Max strength to weight . 

Manufacture process

We use roll wrapped process to manufacture carbon fiber tubes . 

"Roll wrapped" refers to the process which used to manufacture these tubes .  First , carbon fiber prepreg is  laid up around a mandrel mold in multiple layers ; Second , roll the tubes under machine  ; Third , wrap heat-shrink tape outside the tube ;  Fourth , curing .  Then you can get the finished tubes . 

Roll wrapped carbon fiber tubes offers superior strength in general use to pultruded tubes .
