Standard modulus carbon fibre is the most common grade of carbon fibre used for our round carbon fibre tubes . Standard modulus offer excellent strength and stiffness for the carbon fibre tubes .

It is 1.5 times stiffer than metal , such as aluminum or steel . 

For round carbon fibre tubes , we can reach the following tolerance for outer diameter : 

Natural tube : +/-0.1mm~+/-0.15mm 

Polished tube : +/-0.05mm

We design the carbon fibre lay-up orientations according to per client's requirement and application .

Mostly the round carbon fibre tubes are designed with 0 degree and 90 degree . For special requirement of tube torque , we will design the carbon fibre layers with 30/60 degree or 45 degree . 

Roll wrapped tube is manufactured using multiple layers of carbon fibre prepreg . The number of layers allows us to vary the orientation of the fibers throughout the thickness, creating the best and highest performance according to per client 's requirement.
