Carbon fiber plates are manufactured with several layers of unidirectional carbon fiber and Fabric weave carbon fiber prepreg . Thickness of each carbon fiber layer is around 0.2~0.25mm , we calculate the plate thickness with different type of prepreg to reach the desired thickness and appearance .
